The address for last weeks pick was not the price of gas, and we learned that they are closed on Tuesdays so we ate at Mangia Mangia instead instead.

Let's Make Some Cake

A little girl and her Mother were watching TV when suddenly the couple on screen started having sex. The little girl says, "Mommy, what are they doing?" The mother hesitates then quickly replies, "Ummm they are making cakes." The next day they are at a zoo and the little girl sees two monkeys having sex. Again she asks her mother what they are doing and her mother replies with the same response, "Making cakes." The next day the girl says to her mother, "Mommy, you and Daddy were making cakes in the living room last night, right?" Shocked, the mother asks, "How do you know?" She says, "Because I licked the icing off the sofa."

So i was thumbing through a top 100 long island restaurants book and i found this place that looks really awesome. It's called Perabell Food Bar in Patchogue (114 West Main Street). The website says the owners were chefs in Manhattan & Philadelphia and the menu looks really eclectic and delicious. There was even an appetizer of baked mac & cheese with bacon in it for all you fatties out there.
